"I was happy, with my axperience, except when I couldnt figure out how to set up the camera to work, I called the toll free phone number, and talked to a male person, who talked a bit down to me, I told him that I didnt get a book, he told me I should have recieved a c.d. that gave directions. so I asked him if I could send one to me, he told me to download it onto my computer, I told him I didnt really know how to run a computer, I think that statment irratated him, and he got short with me. I still dont know how to delete the stuff that is already recorded, so I can record new stuff. I also asked him if they had a spy camera that recorded sound, I think he found that funny, as he said no"

Thankfully, I had ordered a second camera in anticipation of this problem and was able to capture the evidence I needed. I contacted customer support about the issue and they provided me with instructions on how to update the firmware. Note: the provided instructions with the product provided no details about this firmware issue or how to update it. Also the instructions are not very detailed and I had to do alot of experimentation with the device to get it operate properly out of the box. I was happy with the response from customer service to my issue. "
