They had a reasonable price, and average shipping costs. Their website mentioned that the order would be processed the same day if received by 12 noon. I placed the order at 11pm (2am their time) on the 21st, expecting that the shirt would be shipped the 23rd because I placed it before noon the 22nd.
I've gotten used to receiving 2 emails from retailers online: the confirmation email telling you they got the order, and a notice email when it is shipped with a tracking number (if available). They sent me the confirmation email, and 3 days later (the 24th) there was still no 2nd email. I phoned their customer service, and a very "short" lady on the phone said "they just received your order, it goes out the day after they receive it - not the day after you place it."
Umm..ok. I guess your website should be changed then: "During the business week, we process Internet orders every morning." She offered no apologies, explanation, or even that an email would be sent out asap with a tracking number.
I got no email, no tracking number, and received it a week after my phone call. A 3-5 day order turned into a 9 day order. The bottom line is IF the person on the phone was nicer and more customer-savvy, I would have gotten over the discrepancy. The 2nd issue is IF she would have given me an ETA, I would have upgraded the speed of shipping to get it quicker.
Unless they have a rare item I can't find elsewhere, I won't be ordering from them again. "
