"I've ordered from BSD for about 10 years now and I find their products are top of the line. Orders are shipped promptly. Packaged well. I use their brine shrimp eggs, decapsulated brine shrimp eggs, several sizes of their golden pearls, freeze dried krill, sinking algae wafers, plankton gold flake food, brine shrimp flake food, brine shrimp enrichment products and nori sheets. All are fresh, good quality and very economical, especially their flake foods when compared to the little jars of the name brand stuff. So, that's my opinion. I've been an aquarium hobbyist for 38 years and had 10 years of commercial discus breeding so I'm a pretty good judge of aquarium product quality. I was not asked to write this review by anyone. "

"I've ordered twice from this merchant and each time has been awesome and more than met my expectations! The first order I placed online but called a bit later to see if they could expedite my order since they are located on the opposite coast from me. I thought it would take longer to get here than it actually did. The 2nd order I placed online Sunday night before a holiday (they were closed on Monday) but come Tues they processed my order, shipped that day and I received on Friday. It gets here much quicker than almost all other merchants I order from using USPS Priority Mail. Excellent customer service when I called, friendly and very helpful. The product is well packaged using the very soft "peanuts" for cushioning. Both times they have thrown in a freebie trial package of one of their other products which is very nice touch. The prices for freeze-dried krill are the best you'll find on the web. Shipping cost are reasonable. I highly recommend this merchant and I'll definitely do more business with them. "
