Handle Drugs Poorly

"I have dealt with BrivoaRx for many years. Repeatedly they ship my Drugs to south Florida and they arrive in normal packaging and well outside temperature excursion guidelines for the drug. Even though I have requested insulated and cool pack shipping they pay no attention. . I now wonder if they properly store
the Drugs in their warehouse.. Do not use this company unless no other choice, then carefully monitor your shipments.

On hold for specialist

"I called to refill my prescription and had to sit on hold to talk to specialist? Why? I just need to pay my co pay and you send the medication to my dermatologist- 20 mins later I’m still on hold waiting and have talked to 2 people. I dislike this Rx!! Give me back my CVS specialty! I never had to reschedule doctors appts because my medicine wasn’t there - avoid these folks - trust me, tell your doctor “ nope, give me another pharmacy “ wish I had seen these reviews before!"

One star is too many for this supposed specialty pharmacy.

"One star is too many for this supposed specialty pharmacy. They are rude, negligent and incompetent. We have been trying to have my husbands medication shipped for 2 weeks. They are impossible to reach We spent over 6 hours on the phone only to be told they don’t have the prescription and haven’t spoke to the doctor which is a blatant lie. The Dr called them personally. We were told one day they spoke to the dr and then on another day that they didn’t. They should be out of business. We still have not resolved this issue. It’s a complete nightmare !!!! Stay away from this pharmacy if you can. "

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

"Every time there is any need to contact them it is a horrible experience. Multiple phone calls with long waiting periods. The Website nor the app is functioning on iPhone and they aren’t contacting customers when there’s a problem with the prescription. It has taken me more than ten phone calls to try to get me prescription this month. That’s the worst it has been, but every time there is an issue it is multiple phone calls with the automated system first and a crap
Shoot as to whether the person you get knows what they are doing. So incredibly frustrating and yet my insurance company forces me to use them for my medication.

Horrible service - no idea what they are doing

"My rx was transferred from my normal pharmacy to Briova due to insurance. They have absolutely horrible customer service. Nobody could find my rx, which was faxed to them several days prior. I was on the phone with them for over an hour and a half and was transferred to several different people, all of which had no idea what was going on. I kept telling the customer service advocates I was talking with that I needed my prescription by Wednesday, every one of them assured me I would have it by then. It is Wednesday today and I will not be getting my prescription until Thursday at the earliest. What if this prescription was something extremely urgent and was a life or death thing? Thankfully for me, it's not, and I gave myself a day's wiggle room. Then, the final person I talked to with Briova told me, "oh, your prescription needs to be filled by Avella Pharmacy, whom we are merging with." Why was I not told this from the get go? Instead, I wasted over an hour and a half trying to figure out what happened to my prescription. Then, I called Avella who told me that Briova never sent them my rx and that I should just call my provider to have them send it, because the chances of Briova actually doing their job and sending it are slim to none. If I would have known they were so crappy to deal with, I would have just had my previous pharmacy fill the prescription and pay the extra money."

terrible service

"I work in the medical field and have tried to get delivery scheduled for medications for my patients. I have called every day for the last week and have been on hold for 30+ min. while in clinic. I am unable to be on hold for so long and I am upset. This creates a delay in my patient care and my patients receiving their medications."

"Promises promises. Drug is not delivered when promised. Hours on the phone with one promise after another. Friendly agents but the whole system is incompetent. I'm going to have to find another specialty pharmacy. I absolutely can't depend upon this one. "

"I am forced to get my specialty medication through this company but I dread every month when I have to call in for refill. There is ALWAYS an issue and I have to waste so much time trying to get it refilled. What's worse is that it seems that they outsource their customer service through India as it is so hard to understand them every time. "

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!!

"Honestly in the past they weren't horrible to deal with.

Until this month. I have been calling the number for the past four days and waited over 30 minutes each time and only got through once only to be put on hold and than dropped 25 minutes later.

I am currently waiting on the phone AGAIN now - 32 minutes into the call and still nothing. I don't know what changed but go back to at least a time when YOU ANSWERED THE PHONE!!!

Nonsence

"I am so frustrated with this company. I only need to refill my prescription once a month but I dread it. I have to continuously verify the same information every single time I order and if I order online I still have to speak to one of the representatives on the phone because they need to "verify" my information. I was just on hold with them for 20 minutes and I finally said to the rep that I can't keep this up because I was at work and she said she was sorry but they have a high call volume... OMG!!! Maybe if they would just be satisfied with the online order of an existing customer and not feel the need to verify, verify, verify then they would have more free time. "

"WORST service in the world. NO SERVICE what-so-ever, but they will be as polite as they can be. Actually, they are so sweet that they'll give you a toothache. No solutions. Ask 1000 of questions over and over EVERY TIME you call. Try to do it online?? Don't bother. They email you telling you to call them because they need to confirm the exact same things you typed in the email and tell them EVERY TIME you call. They delay your medications with all this stupidity. I'm now sitting on HOLD AGAIN..... going on 17 minutes. I've gone 2 days without my meds because of this junk! "
