"I called the swansea parts dept and told them what I wanted to order and asked what is the process if I order online, he said order and either have ship to store or my home and call for appt when parts are received, we then discussed price for labor and I ordered the parts online. When I received the email saying ready for pickup I called service and made an appt, I told him I ordered parts online and got the email that it’s ready for pickup. He took my info set the appt and said he was going to double check with parts dept and if there were any issues he would call back, I did not receive a call back so assumed all was good. I showed up at my appt and they could not locate my parts, when they finally did they played the blame game blaming other depts for the error then he asked if I knew how much labor would be, when I told him the price I was told over the phone he looked at me like I was crazy and said labor starts at $175 an hour and my service would be at least a half hour …my appt was at 10:30, it is currently 12:15pm and I am still sitting in the waiting room and my vehicle is in the parking lot untouched for a job that normally takes 1 hour, hour and a half tops. Service rep said he would honor the labor cost I was told over the phone due to my frustration however when I was explaining why I was so frustrated in the lobby with other customers around I felt I was being told “okay, okay” just so I would stop talking and others would not hear what was going on. Needless to say I do not recommend this dealer for service nor will I be returning. "

Paul took the time to get acquainted with me since I was a new customer The parts department was very organized and tidy. There was one small part on backorder and Paul offered to mail it to me when it arrives I have a local dealer that is about 40 miles closer. "When I arrived at the dealership, It was my first time and I did not know where to go. Once I entered the dealership, I was greeted by an employee who immediately greeted me and asked how he can help me. He walked me to the service desk to pick up my car mats; and told me to ring and bell. Once I rang the bell the employee in the back immediately said that he will be right with me. When he came out, he said "good afternoon" I was pleasantly surprised, because that is something I rarely hear anymore, good morning or good afternoon. I appreciated that. It was a wonderful experience and I know; I will use this dealership for all my service needs.
