When asking to return and re-order larger size, representative told me I would have to pay 20% re-stocking fee, even though I only opened box to notice too small. I explained I was going to order more expensive holders, same quantity, he told me then he would give me one time re-stocking fee of 10%. I just find this a poor way of doing business, since we would be ordering many items in the future from your site. Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth."
