"Our small private school received a card last year from Brookhollow and loved it so much we decided to splurge on premium cards for Thanksgiving. Normally we'd purchase affordable photo cards.
When the cards arrived they were cut incorrectly and folded wrong. The back of the card was showing on the front, and the inside text was off-center because of this mistake. Ironically, the box came with a card that said 100% satisfaction guarantee.
After sending six photos, customer service denied there was a mistake but we knew there was a mistake. The card did not match our card from the previous year or the card on the website. I spoke with two customer service agents and they both told me they couldn't make a decision and had to talk with their supervisor. They both told me they'd call me back. Neither called back.
Hundreds spent on sub-standard cards. We will not be using Brookhollow in the future, we are so disappointed with the service. This 100% satisfaction guarantee is simply not true. I should not have to email more than three times and call more than two times to get service. I've wasted at least two hours on this issue and I don't have the time to waste more."

"Having ordered calendar cards from Brookhollow before, I had expectations of the quality of the calendars ordered in 2014. I was VERY disappointed. First, the description stated the calendars were pre-folded. They were not. Second, the quality of the embossing on the calendar was poor quality, resulting in a "cheap" appearance. But third and my primary disappointment was the quality of the printing of our greeting, business name, address, etc. It is barely legible. Not comparable quality to prior orders. I don't expect to order calendars from Brookhollow again."
