"Ordered a goo roo, it didn't say in the description that you could not remove the downstem. Plus it had a perc. It was next to impossible to get the downstem out to clean the bong. And it chipped the glass the day I bought it. I emailed them oh, they said pretty much it **** to be you. Because you ordered it. But nowhere in the description did it say it would be like this. So I asked him how would I change my water and clean the glass if you can't remove the downstem, and it has a perk in the top. Yes it was my fault for buying that piece from them. But when I brought it to their attention that it said nothing in the description. They decided to not do anything. Other local companies, I have taken back broken glass. The same day or the next day. And they replace it no questions asked. Don't buy from these guys. They don't stand behind their products."

Thanks for contacting us! Rarely USPS marks packages as delivered and it may take up to 36 hours or 3 business days to arrive. The best thing to do would be to call your local USPS office and give your tracking info. If the package is still on the truck they can bring it to you. If the package doesn't show up this week we can offer a new bong at 50% off but as our policy states, we cannot replace any items that been marked as delivered as they can be tampered with or stolen. Sorry but since there is no way for us to tell what happened to the package we cannot offer a full replacement or refund. As a reminder our policy for shipments marked as delivered is as follows;
"Brothers with Glass is not responsible for packages stolen, lost or otherwise tampered with after delivery. After a shipment has been marked as delivered by the mail carrier service no refund or reshipment will be available for that order.""
