SCAM

"Called to order. As conversation progressed I felt uncomfortable about the company and told them to cancel. Within 10 minutes I received email detailing the order being processed. Called back immediately and told them to cancel order. I was told order could not be cancelled as it was "in process". I told them that was unacceptable. Contacted my credit card company to file dispute. Filed dispute with Better Business Bureau. Package arrived a few days later. Shipped back.
I recommend you do not do business with these crooks ever.

Really Bad

"Last year I purchased two Brylane floral urn containers. Once they had something in them, they hang to the side and look lopsided. In order to have them sit straight, they must be propted against something.

This year, I thought I would be stupid again and try to purchase from Brylane. I ordered two lattice topped fences. They are so flimsy, they cannot support themselves just like the urns could not.
So I returned the fences. This return was in July and today is September 4, 2021 and I still have not received a refund. However, they said they would immediately send it. Late....but what the HECK!! They had the use of my money for a long time. I do not think that if I had not called today, that they would ever have refunded my money. So if you do not watch your Brylane account, be prepared to have any refund money not returned till you request it.

But, they will not refund your money for shipping and then they will also charge you a restocking fee. Even if it is crap. So they make out just fine!! They evidently sell inferior merchandise and expect you to suffer for it. Never again will I be stupid enough to order from Brylane!!

Liars gave no discount or free shipping

"First time ordering from this company was promised a discount with the BRY 50 discount and free shipping for joining their rewards club and I got none of it they are LIARS and CHEATERS BEWARE and the quality of the quilt was atrocious thin as could be and something in those made us itch all over Had to wash the new quilt immediately poor quality faded upon washing, Call the company and the gentleman said there’s nothing he can do it because it has been delivered already I said what about the stuff that isn’t delivered already because I ordered curtains he said nothing he could do very poor company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Received defective item and they refused to refund my original shipping

"I ordered a product with a red baked enamel finish that was marred. The painting was defective and obviously done during manufacturing. I returned the item with a note describing the defective paint on one side and not to resell it. They refunded me the product cost but not my original $20.63 in shipping!!! I called and spoke to a gal (with poor english) and they refused to give me the refund I was due. I didn't return it because I didn't like it, I returned it because it was defective. Any company I've dealt with in 25 years always refunds my shipping if the item is defective, but not these people. For that reason I say, stay away from them! They are dishonest and would rather cheat a customer than return a measly $20. It's not about the money, it's just the right thing to do. "

Don't trust them

"My mother ordered an air mattress but decided it would not be needed. We tried and tried to call and cancel but we were put on hold for long periods of time and they never answered. When I tried a trick and called as if I was placing a new order, they picked up almost immediately. When I asked to cancel, they said okay it's canceled but wouldn't give me any reference number. My mother eho is 82 ser up an account withvthem and I asked that it be vlosed. The customer service rep said she'd transfer me to their credit department and no one answered but I was asked to give them a Social security number. I hung up. On top of thst their interest rate is 26.99 percent. My mother didn't realize this. They took advantage of her. "

The Worst Company Ever

"On May4 I ordered a small fold up Peddle exerciser. I received a confirmation and they charged my card. Then, no communication. May 17 I called for status, Women told me 'Still processing due to high demand." She offered no update as to shipping. I spoke with "Supervisor" same tune and could care less. I asked for Cancellation and refund, "NO already in processing." On May 18 I called again and spoke with, "Problem Solving Supervisor". Same song and dance, He explained I got "No updates because they did not have my email(which they used with confirmation). Then he announces,He has a Fed Ex Confirmation that my package had been Delivered at 8:30pm on Sunday, May 16. I NEVER got it. I got tracking # Fed Ex said it was not them but,"a 3rdParty".?????BH refused any follow up or resolution until I fill out an "Affidavit"!!!!!!!!!Company should be shut down by Better Business.They have $$$$/I have nothing!!!!!!!!!"

Horrible Customer Service!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

"I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BrylaneHome AGAIN! I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered two items one month ago: a comforter and a bedspread. Their comforter arrived several days later, but their bedspread did not. I called customer service after a week and was told that I had to wait another week, to see if the order would still arrive. I waited and called them a week later and was now told that I had to wait a full month before they would call it lost. It was obviously lost, but that reality did not matter to the company, or that this was a gift. Now a month later and three waiting-on-line calls, after my initial order, they have finally admitted it actually never shipped. They credited back the cost of the item. I reordered the same item and asked them to waive the shipping charges since I had never received the item and it took three calls and a month to establish that fact. They would not do that. They offered nothing and were not even apologetic. They appear to not care about customer satisfaction or having reasonable, timely, workable rules. I would never order from BrylaneHome again and suggest you don't either."

"I ordered $25 curtains. They charge $9.99 for shipping. They took a month to get here and I hated them and had already bought something else. They charged me another$9.99 to send them back . BrylaneHome doesn't care about their customers

"My partner purchased the following item from Walmart: BrylaneHome Oversized 10' X 15' Instant Pop Up Gazebo With Screen, Taupe. According to FedEx, the shipping label was created by BrylaneHome on 06/15/2020, but no action has taken place since then. Walmart said this item would be delivered by 06/19/2020. I called Walmart to resolve this matter, and they called BrylaneHome, but they didn't answer the phone. I then called them myself, and had been on hold for over 30 minutes. Certainly they cannot accept this as an appropriate level of customer service?

I understand that delays are more likely during the pandemic, but I am terribly upset that BrylaneHome wouldn't update us. We were expecting this product to be delivered by 06/19/2020, and they neglected their customers in a time when they need them the most. I looked forward to hearing how BrylaneHome plannef to make up for this mistake. Their expedited reply was both appreciated and expected.

Unfortunately, BrylaneHome clearly doesn't care about their customers. Their response contained the obvious statement that they have not moved a inch since we placed our order, and that we should wait for an update until July 10th. There was not even the hint of an apology for their blatant negligence. For an order that was set to be delivered a week from placing it, we now have to wait almost a month. Somehow they don't see what's wrong with that picture, how disgusting!

We submitted an official complaint to the Better Business Bureau, which finally prompted an official response from BrylaneHome. They said we agreed to a 20 business day delivery policy upon purchase. We bought this item online from Walmart, and this policy was not listed anywhere. Even after 20 business days, we never received my item. After over a month of customer neglect, we got a refund, and purchased a much higher quality gazebo at half the cost.

Let our terrible experience be a warning for you. Please, don't give BrylaneHome your money. There are so many more companies out there that care about their customers.

Horrible!!!

"Purchased solar deck lights almost a month ago. When my husband asked me what I wanted for my Birthday. I saw these lights on an ad on my phone and was excited to order them as my gift andcwgen orderd said they had them in stock. The company gladly charged my husbands credit card immediately and our order was confirmed and they would ship to us within 6 to 7 business day. After 2 weeks and still no lights I called company to see what problem was. My husband and I after being on hold for 20 minutes were told the reason we have not tecieved them was because the credit card billing address and the ship to address didn't match( we own 2 houses) but no one from this company ever tried to contact us about this issue by email or by phone. So we were told they would ship immediately now after we cleared up the billing address and ship to address. Was told they again the solar lights would arrive in 6 to 7 days. Again, no lights delivered to house. Called them again after 8 days passed. Was on hold for 15 min before I could speak to someone. Now the tell ne the lights are on back order and I should have recieved an email. Well, of coarse no email was send to me. The person on the other end of phone tells me they are on back order untill May 25th and I should recieve them by 1st-2nd week in June( the original order was placed Aoril 19, 2020) I tell them no one sent email about back order and by this time I have had it. I expressed my concern that this company has very poor communication with their customers. They take your money fast enough but then all communication stops. I think I am going to report them to the better business bureau. The people that work for this company answering the phones are not friendly and could care less about your concerns. This is a one and dine order for me!! Never will I ever buy anything from them again"

Highway Robbery

"I ordered a set of chairs for $99 on sale for $59. The day I got them I decided I wanted to get a couple more sets. When I clicked on the Buy Again button, the price had jumped up to $299 on sale for $167. Over the course of several emails and calls, the price jumped yet again to $499 on sale for $165.
There is no excuse for this and they refuse to honor the original price even though I found their chairs on a different site for $119. They could have easily taken care of this and saved far more than they are fixin to lose, as I have shopped all of their sites at one time or another.
No more, not now, not ever.
