I placed my order just before Thanksgiving but somehow the paypal system did transmit it to Geared2Play a few days after. As a result the package was delivered after I left the country for 3 weeks vacation. I couldn't pick it up and UPS would not keep it more than 15 days.
I got very good email support to figure out what happened. We decided it wasn't anybody's fault if the 3 lost business days made me miss the delivery. "Purchased two ASUS Z70va's on 4 & 5 December. Sent Eddie an E-mail late Sunday night asking a question. He replied later Sunday night which is amazing considering he's on the East coast and I'm in CST! Rapid response to my E-mail convinced me to make the purchases.

It took 5 days to build both PCs to my specs and ship them. I asked for routine ground shipping but Eddie had a question for me which needed answering. That caused a delay which he made up for by shipping 3rd Day Select. UPS delivered both laptops on 15 Dec. at 8:20 PM.
