"Ordered their products for the first time because they had a good deal on their website under the clearance section. The ship free code did not work so shipping was 5$. Not bad for buying 6 items I guess(usually I prefer free shipping, especially when spending over 25$)

First problem was the girl emailed me and said they were out of certain clothes, 3 of them that I had ordered so she offered smaller sizes or a different print. The print that she wanted to swap them out for was in my eyes, pretty ugly. So I let her know i couldn't order a smaller size, my son wears 12-18 month clothes. I did however order one 0-3 month item for a friend, and she kept saying in her email that they did not have this in 12-18 months. I kept asking her if she could check on that, because it was clear that this item was 0-3 months( the email even had my order with pictures and sizes attached to it) and she kept saying she didn't have it in 12-18. Very frustrating. Also in my last email to this person I asked "The blue dot body suit on the order attached says 0-3 months, would you mind to check on that again? Thanks" and did not receive any response, but just an automatic email saying my order had shipped. I'm thinking, what did it ship with?

So I receive the order today and the 12-18 month body suits are different sizes. They say 12-18 but one is longer than the other. Also the pants, the sage stripe which she kept telling me looked good and that's all she had in stock are A LOT smaller than the solid green pants even though again they say 12-18 months. The waistband is more like a 6-12 month fit. This really disappointed me because I thought their products were good from reviews. But their sizing is very inconsistant, as well as their customer service."
