"I ordered a Black and Decker battery charger FS240FC 9.6v-24v charger from them - they sent me the invoice with the correct product listed. But I received the FSMVC 9.6v-18v charger instead. Since my batteries are 24v, this wouldn't work.

I sent them an Email the day I received the incorrect charger - no response. Sent a reminder the next day - no response. (Their website doesn't list any phone# or even an address!!!)
Sent them an Email every day for 5 days - no response yet. I'm now stuck with the incorrect charger - and no means to get it returned/replaced. UGH!
Don't EVER buy from them!!! (they have an eBay store too - several customers have complained about the same issue there as well - looks like a hit/miss - you may get what you wanted, but you may not. If you don't - tough luck)"
