Online shopping and checkout was very easy, prices very reasonable, and shipment very prompt.
There is only one step of the process I dislike; at the end of the Checkout there is a question about whether I want BudK to contact me later to verify that the delivery arrived OK and there are buttons to select Yes or No. BUT, if you select No, it pops-up another question of "Are you sure?" and asks for the buyer's email contact info anyway. In other words, they ask a yes or no question, but then will not accept a "No" as the answer.
I can understand WHY they prefer to get the feedback. But this is an annoying, stupid, & rude way to achieve that goal.
They also apparently assume that EVERYBODY uses social media and either has a Facebook account or will be willing to start an account at a similar online "community" in order to post a Review. NOPE."

"I had a knife like tge one I ordered bymut it disappeared when I was moving. It was easy tobuse withbthat hank handle, Im disabled and shake, and I feel like its safer for me. And Im a WD fan. The machete tyoe one I need just to put by my bed to feel safer, I get really scared with all thats going on in the world now, and I never sleep well anyway, but Im going to try it on a plant I have to trim too, nothing major, just a potted plant. I needed a sharpener as I dont have one. If you have cutlery knife sets I need one, mine is over 15 years old -and wasnt very good to start with. The knives -not from you -are all chipped and dull.
