"On 8/30 I ordered a Mailbox over the phone. The gentleman who helped me make a big mistake, by not distinguishing Ship To and Bill To. He just combined the same person in one. This was a big no no for our HOA, for purpose of reimbursement. So on 9/4, I called the Customer Service Line and spoke with Josh. He was able to correct the mistake and even called me back to re-assure me that the mistake will be taken cared of and I will receive the correct Order Conformation Statement by e-mail. I did received the correct statement the same day. I certainly comment Josh for a well done job, he was able to resolve my issue and eliminate my stress level."
"I ordered a mailbox and post package that was so much cheaper than anyone else online or including a company who sells them near my home. Hence, I was thrilled. Unfortunately, when the order came, the mailbox was bronze and the post and accessories were black. From there on, everything was bedlam with this company! They started out assisting me, but stopped returning text messages. I had to return the black items and wait for the new replacement bronze items to ship. Plus send them pictures for proof! Why not believe me? However, the correspondence was terrible. I almost had to cancel my purchase with my Visa card. BudgetMailboxes and the manufacturer never offered me a small reimbursement for all the troubles. The answer was, "It was a human error." I spent at least 8 hours of my time to correct the problem. This was poor customer service. The happy ending is that I received all my equipment and it is made extremely wall. All I requested was to be helpful to me to correct the problem. As I mentioned, it started out well with a customer service rep, but then, she stopped responding leaving me "up in the air." By the way, the order came in less than two weeks which was amazing. Perhaps, this was not the norm with this company and I just was the one that had the rare order that was mixed up."
