"Hello, I had a wonderful purchase experience with BudgetMailboxes.com. I had made a mailbox (4 Door Data Distribution 2404 System Aluminum Box) purchase with HomeDepot.com. The Home Depot/ shipment arrived on time, I checked the packaging slip and the item on the slip was according to my online purchase. I opened the box and the 2404 System Aluminum Box did not match what I saw on HomeDopot.com site. I called HomeDepot.com customer service and explained that the item I received the incorrect System Aluminum Box without slots. I could have asked HomeDepot.com to reorder but I was not confident that I would get the System Aluminum Box with slots, and Home Depot said the System Aluminum Box I received was the correct box, the System Aluminum Box with slots are no longer available. To say the least, I was not happy with HP customer service. I had chose HomeDepot.com because of their easy return to their store. When I explained to customer service at Home Depot store that the item online does not reflect they offer online, the customer service didn’t seem too interested he processed my refund end of story.
I called BudgetMailboxes.com spoke with Lauren, she reassure me that I would receive the System Aluminum Box with slots. She was 100% right, and she’s such a pleasure to deal with a real person that understand a customer needs and concerns. I told her that she’s a rock star! 5 stars to her and BudgetMailboxes.com.
