"Where do we start?

1. They don't sell original merchandise but rather cheap knock-offs
2. They don't let you know that when you order from them
3. They are expensive for what you get. I ordered from them as they were the cheapest price - by a few pennies - for the real branded batteries I thought I was ordering. They're prices are through the roof for the cheap knock-offs they actually deliver.
4. Customer service is not helpful - they won't provide the item ordered and will only take back their shoddy merchandise if I ship it there myself and subject to a restocking fee.

All around terrible experience - avoid at all costs."

"One good thing is that their return/refund policy is listed online and they really do stick to it. It SUCKED having to pay for return shipping on my order, but to be fair, I bought the wrong thing. Companies can't stay in business paying for everyone's mistakes. I've used their site several times, and they do admit when they are wrong and they pay for their mistakes."
