I received a phone call - not a letter or an email, an actual phone call, explaining the issue and giving me the opportunity to wait for more product to come in stock, or to cancel the order/order something else.

"This guy is a thief. His name is Angelo. He sold me a GORILLA swing set for 2250 then after about a week I heard nothing so I called. After about 3 attempts to reach out to him he finally got back to me stating the swing set was not sellable at the price the site advertised and offered it at full price instead 2900. I immediately asked for a refund and he replied it would take 2-3 business days via paypal. This is a lie in itself as well. I spoke with paypal who said a refund was never initiated and it doesn't take 2-3 business days but is immediate. I had to file a claim with paypal in which they took the money back out of his account as the seller never did prompt the refund. Paypal had to take it back from him. BEWARE! This guy is a true moron thinking he can just take people's money. Good way to go out of business fast."

Immediate response made me feel secure about ordering such a large item (work shop)on-line. They came through with their promise and shipped out my item within the 2-3 business days. Budget Packaging offered free shipping, this too was honored, considering the distance my item has to travel, (1/2 way across the U.S.) is a HUGE PLUS for Budget Packaging. I am expecting delivery anyday (remember the distance it has to travel).
