After a week of phone calls and emails, Samantha on their team did realize that the quality of workmanship was less than standard and issued a full credit. Monique in their customer service department felt their work as far superior, and warrants no credit and not even felt anything was DIFFERENT. Well, thanks to Chase they will be able to not only see the facts in this case, but I can post the visual pieces and let their work stand for itself. Quality work? Ha! Monique, I can assume you have never seen good, quality printing. But I can tell you where I did go to get them printed and you may want to see first hand what good workmanship really is if you can't recognize the shoddy workmanship that you are slapping your name on!"
