"I've been ordering 5" wide x 18" Tall reflective Aluminum signs. On this particular sign it's important the printing is centered from left to right. I was told by customer service the tolerances for printing is 1/8"... Well... the last batch of signs were I/4" off center, twice the tolerance. I called and spoke to the company and was told they couldn't do anything, nor could they guarantee a 1/8" tolerance. --- I told them I wanted to make a much larger order, but was reluctant if they couldn't keep the drift to 1/8" left or right. I also told customer service that the signs I just received were useless to me. --- My words fell on deaf ears... "There's nothing we can do." Just like that! The product I use the signs for can be seen on my website. www.TalkingProductsUSA.com. You'll better understand why it's important the signs are consistent. I checked the Somewhat Satisfied box because I really want to use BuildASign in the future. However, as it is right now, I'm not ordering more signs until someone can tell me why I was told 1/8", but received product that's off by twice that amount. --- We'll see. Thank you, John Baker"

"1st time ordering a custom sign. Only needed one. Going to place outside at my garden. Ordering / designing both were smooth. Finished product came fairly quickly,and was packaged well. Only suggestion is to have a mounting something or other on sign back to attach a post. If this bracket could be added on only if desired,I think that would be a welcome addition to an already nice product."
