"The only problem that occurred is when ordering. (I do think the problem was mine).
I ended getting 2 bumper stickers and being charged for each.
The website is slightly user unfriendly. I am a experienced computer internet user and the software is too slow. Hard to import images. Specifically, the design software needed to be improved. In hindsight, I should have ordered magnetic “type” bumper sticker/magnetic. Great shipping. Quick turnaround.

"The sign was decent, but then it arrived without stakes. I paid for stakes. It took almost an entire business week of discussing the stakes before they finally shipped the stakes. Based on this experience alone, I'm definitely not returning. Just too much time was wasted. If I told you my stakes did not arrive with my sign, we should not have had a 4 business day conversation about them being missing. It was a simple packing error, just fix it. I ended up having to glue the sign to a stick to put it in the ground. So tacky and unprofessional."

The website had several designs to choose from which was nice but the thing I was disappointed in was the size of the name of the office I was running for on the initial sign design. I left that name in the size of font that it came in and when I received my signs it was too small to see from a distance of more than 2 feet away. "I was trying to make a prototype sign to get approval so I could make 100 more or several different signs. I started with 1 and noticed an offer for free 12" x 18" sign. I made the signs, put them in the cart and then went on about my business to come and check later to finalize the sale. In the meantime, I received an offer for 20% discount. I tried to click this email link and it didn't bring me to my cart with all the artwork. The email gave the code and said I could enter manually, but there is no place to enter coupon codes at checkout. Further, the free sign is no longer free and the price of everything has changed. As I contact support to explain my problem, she sidesteps ALL the website issues and missing coupon code entry box, and instead I receive a whole bunch of suggestions and assumptions as to what MAY be happening, but none of them address my problem. This is from someone named Monique. As I reply and try to explain further, Monique provides another canned response exactly like the previous. I call her on this and receive another email with similar response and assumptions in a reprimanding tone, still not addressing my issues and always telling me to call customer support. I keep explaining to her that I'm not going to call support every time I need to apply a code or checkout, or when previous offers no longer applied, and she continues to be belligerent and unhelpful in her response. This place is so disorganized and makes it worse with their support people, at least Monique did. I can't reach anyone else as Monique always replies. So, I'm going somewhere else to make my signs. This place is broken!"
