"I am sitting at my computer tonight trying to get my mind together on what really did happen, So I ordered these signs, and banners from build a sign, so a day later I called them up and asked to have them expedited, so they said great they would do that, it cost me $30.00, so I paid that. I called back a day later to ask when they would arrive, and they informed me that they didn't know because they were so busy, I explained to them that I have grand opening tomorrow, and I needed my signs to hang up to direct new customers, they told me "SORRY" that was al they could do. and the manager was to busy to call me back after she was asked too, is this a new type of Customer service???"
