"Communication takes days, at best, and I still have not been able to obtain an invoice, so I am not able to submit a corporate expense. Colors on two of my three products were washed out and did not look at all like my proofs. I could have accomplished the same thing with a magic marker.

"I bought a sign, a pole and a bracket to attach the sign to the pole.
Everything arrived as promised and the sign showed a good quality. Nevertheless, the bracket did not fit in the pole.
I have called Customer Services and sent an email, as requested, with pictures showing my complaint. After a couple of days I sent another email trying a response and still have no answers/follow up."
