"Specialty carbon filament bulb lasted less than 10 hours before flickering off. Shipping was pricey for such a lightweight object at a slow speed. I paid over $2/hour for the bulb because of the insanely quick failure. No warranties, no return. Not recommended."
"I placed an order on 9/20 and it is now 10/17 and the order STILL says "processing". No notification has been made about why the order is being delayed (almost a month and has not yet shipped) when all it is is an order for 40 miniature bulbs (e10 base). "We ordered the wrong bulbs - big mistake! I returned the wrong bulbs 2 weeks ago and have yet to be refunded, but somehow they managed to charge me for the 2nd shipment right away. I have left a voice message to call me back 2X, was promised a call back 2 other times, and have never once received a single call from these people. The 1 email I sent went unanswered as well. Now I just keep calling until I get somebody. Avoid the owner, she promised me a partial shipment so I could get a few bulbs asap and didn't notate it so when I called because it hadn't arrived nobody knew what I was talking about and they suggested I was confused! Today "the 1 person that could help me" was supposed to arrive at 12, so I called at 1:30 to be told he was gone for the day @>"

Update - order placed on 8/15/11. As of today, Sept 1, it still shows as "processing." I called today and was told product was in and it would ship. It would make me a more satisfied customer if I would have received some communication regarding the delay from order to shipment.
9 Sept 11 - Order received. The bulbs were correct size and voltage. Worked perfectly. "
