I ordered a pack of halogen bulbs on June 16, and they charged my credit card right away but I have not heard anything from them and have not received my bulbs. I have called and left messages and emailed with no response. I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I should have read the other reviews.

I just received my bulbs today, July !3, and it was just what I ordered . I am thankful but it would have been nice had there been some sort of communication."
"I was pleased to find the product that I needed here. I ordered on January 3rd 2018. My card was charged immediately. 6 weeks later I have not received any communication from them regarding shipping. I have sent them 2 emails and left voicemails with different departments and have not received a call back. I suspect that this company is running a sham based on other similar reviews. Now I have to go through the process of trying to get the charge on my card reversed."
"I received the order confirmation after ordering. Ordered it on November 4, 2017... 2.5 weeks later no word on shipping. Left 3 voicemails and 3 emails with different departments... shipping, customer service. They are always on another line or mailbox full! Left my contact information but have not heard from them. Initiated a chargeback with the bank out of necessity. Out of the blue (without shipping email) the package arrived with the 3 large bulbs but 6 of the small bulbs missing from a large box. Again left another phone message requesting callback.

"I placed my order on 17 Dec 16 and it's 16 Jan 17 and my order still says processing. If I ever get my freaking order, I will never ever order from this company, ever again!"
"I placed an order November 9th, they took my money, now it is January 13th and I still have no bulbs, no refund, no communication whatsoever. Google now shows the location as "permanently closed" but their website will still take your money.
All of their voicemail boxes are full so there is no way for me to get my money back. This company is dishonest and just horrible to work with"

"Bulbster had a photo of the bulb, the bulb I received was different than photo and would not work. They supplied the return label and I returned the bulbs. Bulbster did not refund my money just over $115.00. I have had to intiate a dispute on my credit card."
"Packaging was more than safe (big box for small bulbs, and lots of packaging material). Order fulfillment took only hours and very fast. Order and shipping communication extremely fast. Was able to order via Google Checkout. Shipping was via USPS, and arrived when expected. Definitely will be ordering from Bulbster again. Ordered some rare H3C bulbs for my Acura's fog lights, much less expensive than the dealer."
