"I ordered 2 lbs of white circus peanuts, which arrived completely hard and stale. I left a voice message, an email and when I never heard from anyone, followed up with another call. I spoke to someone who told me that it was impossible that they were stale because "they just fly out of here". I assured her they were and she said someone who handles that and the email I had sent would call me. I never heard from anyone. I will never order from this store again due to poor product quality and complete lack of customer service. This would have been a relatively simple problem to fix in order to gain a loyal customer, but alas, no one there seems to care. "
"I received a phone call from Christine at bulkcandystore.com minutes after placing my order. I tried to change my order during checkout and somehow managed to create a duplicate order. Christine called to see if I really wanted both orders or if she should cancel one. She was trying to make sure that my package went out in time for today's UPS pick up.
I am so impressed that they would process my order that quickly and take the time to notice that I possibly placed a duplicate order (instead of just sending both out)! That is great customer service! That one phone call has earned them a loyal customer!
Updated to add that the package arrived a day earlier than I expected and everything was perfect!"
