"Terrible customer service. I ordered a $50 product and they sent me something else that was around the cost of $26. I spent 2 weeks on the phone with customer service reps that attempted to try to contact the manager to find out how to resolve this. As if there had to be a special case handling for sending someone a product that was less than 1/2 the cost that you bought. Seems pretty obvious to me what the customer service response was. Continued to call and the reps couldn't get in touch with the manager. He was unresponsive to email. They were almost afraid to call him. Finally they told me they were shipping me the right order and I am still waiting a week later. Nobody is taking me seriously there. This is a horrible company and I am going to give them negative reviews all over the internet to warn other buyers. At one point the customer service rep told me that someone else had ordered fitness supplements and received laundry detergent. Nuff said."
"I had the same problem. I placed an order on July 13 and never got anything but a charge on my credit card. I called them and they said that they had new owners. The website was re-registered on 10/5 of this year so, it seems true. The old owners whois was "Peter Schorch" from Jenkintown, PA. The administrative phone contact was ***-***-****. There are a lot of websites in that name and they also show ***-***-**** and ***-***-**** as phone numbers. Maybe they will give me back my money?"
"I attempted to place an order from Bulk Nutrition at the end of august. A small portion of my order was shipped to me (about $20 worth of my $170 order). The rest has not arrived and my FedEx tracking number shows no activity on the shipment.
Several attempts to contact them via email and the on-site contact form have not been reciprocated. The support phone number is no longer active--the auto-response "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties and will be down for the next 72 hours" has been up for the last few weeks, at least.
I am contacting the issuing bank for my credit card and filing a dispute.
I would NOT make a purchase with Bulk Nutrition at this time.
At the very least, call their custom support to see if the site is active before you give them your credit card information."
"I used to use bulknutrition frequently with no problems and quick shipping (usually had my order in less than 1 week).
I've placed three orders in the last year. The first one took nearly two months to be complete and shipped to my door. I received the excuse that the company was changing warehouses and had a few issues during the transition. I figured it was no big deal.
My second order went through quickly and I had it in about 1.5 weeks. I was happy.
I placed a third order on August 30, 2011 and I'm still waiting for shipment, its now September 21, 2011. All items were listed as in stock when I ordered. I've emailed the support address (****@****) and have not had any replies, and yes I've check my junk mail folder.
This will be the last order I ever place with BN."
"Placed an order on 8/8/11, and received it on 8/11/11. Order was packaged nicely and exactly what I ordered. The only issue I had was that no email was sent once the order was shipped. However I did elect for free shipping so I will not hold that against the company."

"I have ordered with BN since Mike McCandless started the company (known as 1fast400 back then) with phone orders close to a decade ago. The business was sold, and for a few years, all was still well- no issues with orders, fast shipment, etc. Then, in the last year or so, something changed. My last order with them was for three items for a total of $42.17. It took close to or over a month to receive 1/3 items- a bottle of caffeine ($5.99). Strangely enough, the entire invoice amount was displayed on the packing slip, with no news of the other two items. An email to CS went unanswered.
It is now over 4 months later, and I have essentially paid $40+ for a bottle of caffeine tablets. I am sorry to see that the company has fallen apart- all the hard work Mike put in to establish BN's reputation, just thrown away. "
"Monkeyfight club, I had the same experience man. I ordered from them for years with nothing but stellar service. Sometime late in 2010 though, I ordered and never heard anything. 2 weeks after phone calls (never anything but an answering machine saying their phone lines were having trouble and to email them) and several emails later I had nothing. After 3 weeks they finally emailed me back saying they were switching warehouses and that they would have their order to me soon. Two weeks after that, I canceled my order through my credit card company...
sad, they were the best in the bizz...I'll never do business with them again."
"Prices seemed low but service is terrible. Multiple backordered items. Support was useless. No ship verification email at all. When items finally arrived they were not packed, bottles were falling out of a torn paper envelope with no packing materials. I will never order from this company again!"
"This is my first order from Bulk Nutrition. Shortly after my order I received a confirmation email and the next day an email confirming the items had shipped. The email contained a link which allowed me to track my package. The package arrived one day later, was well padded, the supplements were professionally packaged and labeled."
