"I wanted to take a minute and report about my experience with Bulk Shirts Warehouse. I know that more people will take the time to post a negative review when things go bad, but i like to take the time to reward exceptional service when I see it. As a retired Army colonel, I recognize and reward anyone who goes above and beyond the call of duty.

We purchased 1,000 army color t-shirts for a VFW fundraiser. I was having a little trouble with the order because of all the sizes and color combinations, so I called this company to leave my callback number at 11:30 pm. An employee named Jeffrey took my call immediately, and walked me through the process of placing my order in real time.

I was able to order the shirts in minutes, putting in all the details from sizes, colors, to styles. When I explained how we were going to be using the shirts to help local families who lost their homes to wildfires, we received a discount on the order and the tees were shipped for free directly to out local screen printer.

Not only did our organization save a ton of money on the shirt prices and free shipping, we received free shirts in the order as a donation from Bulk Shirts warehouse to help out the families in need. THAT was exceptional on their part, and they have earned our VFW business as well as the local American Legion.

"We needed to place an order for 144 tee shirts for a large family reunion. I was in charge of ordering the blank shirts, but when shopping around, it seems like the sellers on eBay and Amazon have bulk lots with a predetermined amount of sizes/colors/styles. I needed to mix the sizes from kids that were a year old to great great grandmothers who were 96.

When I called Bulk Shirts Warehouse, I was able to get a mix of different colors for the different age groups, different sizes from infant to XXXXXL (5XL), and I even was able to mix men and women's cut tees in the same lot. I actually tried placing the order at 10:00 at night, and when I had questions, I called and was able to get help over the phone instantly. That was something I was not expecting because I was ready to leave a message.

I was able to get FREE SHIPPING, the order arrived in 2 days, and everything was absolutely spot on perfect. We are going to use this wholesale supplier for our future family reunions and have already passed on the word to our friends about our amazing experience.

I already told my boss at work and we are going to be ordering 75 polo shirts for our bowling league next month!!!"

"My wife ordered about $500 worth of a very specific white womans hoodie for her tie dying. Not having that specific product, the business substituted a different hoodie without consulting her. The substitute hoodies were mens/unisex and not womens, additionally were a different fabric blend that was unsuitable for tie dying. Had they communicated to us that the specific product was not available we would have canceled the order. We returned the product upon discovering the wrong thing was sent, however the business did not refund shipping, and charged a restocking fee, claiming they were allowed to charge restocking because it was in the terms on their website. Had the error been on our part, we absolutely would have paid shipping and re-stocking, however the fault lies entirely with the business, and charging a restocking fee when they are at fault is illegal in the state of Florida (and Tennessee)"

"I placed an order 2 weeks ago to ship UPS ground from Florida to Arizona. I received their e-mail confirmation of my order but I haven't received my order. When I call I always get an answering machine saying how busy they are loading the UPS truck. I sent an e-mail inquiry to them last week and have not gotten a reply. I just left another message today so if I hear from them I'll let you know. I really want my order, but I have a feeling I will be disputing the credit card charge for items never received."
