"Ordered a used 3ds game, and it was shipped very quickly [over the weekend no less!] but basically usps trashed it and it arrived late and like a dirty truck wheel had run it over [case/insert was punctured/dirty and somehow some dirt had blown in]. It was kind of disappointing and I let them know, even though it was a used game and the cartridge turned out to be fine. Normally that would have been the end of it and I would have never shopped there again.

But this site is different, they responded right away and offered a discount because it was late, and again because usps mangled it, with the option for a full refund.
