"Do not buy from them! False advertising! When I ordered from their website, all items said IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP. Even now ALL items but one say that. I ordered this on 2/2/18, and only until I received an invoice (and credit card charged) was I notified that some or all of my items were not in stock and that I would receive in 3 to 4 weeks. I was nice and patient, but now we are going on 6 weeks and they said another 1 to 2 weeks. Thanks goodness I used Paypal and was able to cancel my order. I ended up buying from someone else."

"I placed an order on Aug 21st for two small items that would fit in an envelope. I paid $9.95 for shipping and handling when the web site says most things ship for free. I called this AM and was told the order will be delivered on Wed Aug 31st.

10 days is wayyyyy beyond reason. Heck, they could have thrown the items in an envelope and dropped them in the USPS and it would have been here in 3 days.

Suggest you ship elsewhere. Note that this company runs multiple sites under the "patio" moniker."
