"I had my order ready and got to the checkout procedure regarding the billing information. For some reason your system has never liked the billing address that I put down. It always questions it. This time a popup came up that said: "Please set correct phone number. E.g. ***-***-****".

So, in the end I decided to click on "New Address" just to see what would happen. I did so and, using the exact same address that is in my profile, I was able to get through the system and make the purchase.

Also, I tried using your Live Chat feature to no avail. So yeah, never mind with the Live Chat feature.
