"Bumpersuperstore had the bumper I wanted at a reasonable price and in stock. I received my new bumper within a week of ordering. I have two complaints, though: One is that the item pictured in the images is not the item described in the listing. The pictured bumper is a one-piece, fully welded item (apparently the "old model") and the item described and shipped is a three-piece bolt-together unit (the "new model"). Also, while not the store's fault, there were no assembly instructions whatever for the bumper...it was all eyeball work.
Wrong pictures, no assembly instructions...at least the assembled bumper looks good and should serve its purpose well."
"I was searching for a front replacement bumper for my truck that is a basemodel work truck with no sensors. I the model i wanted and made sure it did not have any pre drilled holesfior a camera or sensors. Well the one that i received had holes all through the front... after calling and talking to a lady named CJ (not very friendly and didnt sound like she gave a rats @$$ about my problem) she told me that all Frontier bumpers now have those holes.... If i would have known that i would've picked a differen bumper. I also had 2 scrapes on my bumper from shipping but didnt feel like another headache...

"The bumper was delivered the evening of December 31st unfortunately was damaged and had to decline the delivery. Pep talk to the customer service at the bumper store and another bumper has been we ordered with a delivery date set"

"Shipping was free, so I can’t be too upset. But if I paid 5 dollars, it would’ve been too much. I received a text to schedule a delivery so I called to “schedule” it. R&L told me “your delivery date is Monday between 12-4.” I asked about scheduling a different time and he said it had to be that window. On Bumpersuperstore website, I thought I read that UPS would deliver? But anyway, then I get an email today (Friday) saying “have you received your bumper?” So I tracked it on R&L and it said it would be delivered TODAY. So I called and they confirmed it was being delivered today between 4:30 and 5:30. Then they said 4. I got a call at 3:30 saying he was an hour out. Didn’t arrive till 5:15. It was already a busy day for me and I had to drop everything to make sure I could sign for it. Also, Bumpersuperstore’s package tracking link is slightly irritating. If you click the track package link, it’ll take you to the wrong site. You have to actually copy the tracking number and then enter it into R&L’s website. I feel like this could be much easier with simple coding and it should be more easily accessible on the email (ie, not tiny print that you have to search the email for). Haven’t opened up the bumper yet to make sure all parts are there and no damage so hopefully all is good there. But man. Now I know how they get away with free shipping on a 200 pound bumper. "

One comment is that Frontier needs to do a better job with their instructions, they are very vague and generic, could not find any videos or better instructions on my application other than what came with the bumper which is not a fault of the re-seller."
