"I will never do business with this company again. I placed an order with Bungzie for a few items and anticipated hearing from them in a few days in hopes that my package was in transition or being shipped, like normal companies. 5 weeks passed and I heard nothing from this company, so attempted contacting them, soon realizing that there was no number for contact. I found a contact number on line, but it went straight to voice mail with no availability to leave a message. But I had a transaction receipt online with a phone number on it. I called that number and they said they only do the transactions and couldn't help me. I went online and left message after message, but no answer. The only contact info they gave,was a customer service email that they completely ignored. Finally, I saw something on Google offering Amazon to be a mediator to get in touch with these people. Appearently l, other people had the same problem. Thank God for Amazon. Well I sent a message and they answered immediately, explaining to me that I have no amazon Acct with them, and I must be mistaken. I explained the situation and that I ordered directly through their company, from their website directly. I was given empty promises and apologies. They asked for 48 hrs to resolve the problem. After 48 hrs, I attempted to contact them again, but this time they refused to respond. At this point, I knew I had been had, and I called my bank. They launched an investigation, and because I used a visa card, I was refunded my full amount. They owe the bank that money now. I sure hope they expose them for the frauds they really are."
