"The order was processed and shipped the very day it was placed; however, there was a mix-up - orders got switched and I received the wrong item. They straightened it out very quickly, though. I agreed to mail the item back and got a refund for more than the postage was, and the correct item arrived within a week. Throughout, they responded very promptly and showed a willingness to do whatever it took to make me a satisfied customer. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again, in spite of the problem that occurred with this order."
