Then, for no apparent reason, communications became difficult. Examples: 1) Failure to respond to (pleading) repeat emails. 2) No flights offered despite our wide-open start and finish travel dates, even six months ahead of our requirements. 3) Partial responses, e.g. offering a single B-C sector but no mention of travel options for our other requested sectors.
