I had searched everywhere and finally found bulbs that work in my ceiling fixtures."

"I ordered 10 of a specific kind of light bulb. Received 9 and a different kind of bulb. When contacted they resent the correct bulb.
Why am I not completely satisfied? If their people would actually look at the part that is being picked from the bin instead of this is the correct Part Number bin so everything in this bin MUST be correct, this wouldn't have happened. That being said they did make it right and did not request the wrong bulb to be returned."
