"Do not use Butmobile.com! I ordered an Aliph Jawbone (Black) Bluetooth Headset. It arrived defective and did not appear to be a new product. In working with them to get a replacement, they were very unresponsive. When they do finally respond, it is only after repeated emails from me. I followed all of their instructions on returning of defect equipment, but have not seen a replacement. It has been 30 days and I have not received a replacement. In addition, they refuse to return by emails. I don't expect to ever see the product I paid for. Stay away and warn others to do the same!"

"I ordered a Motorola W375 phone for 69.99 and recieved an email saying that the order was placed but not yet confirmed and they took the 69.99 PayPal payment. I emailed them three times in the next week without any response. I then filed a dispute with PayPal, they tried to contact butmobile and they never responded so PayPal decided in my favor, however, they were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account. So I am out $70 and no phone. I would say they are thieving company. I would not order from them unless you want them to take your money. I hope they have fun with my $70, those scamming thieves."

" I am sorry to say that this is the worst company affiliated with Buy.com. They advertise things to lure you and sell different things to you after taking your money. "I ordered a Jawbone headset on march 25,2009. On March 27 I recieved a e-mail stating my item would be shipped on March 31, after a week I inquired an was told they would put a trace on it. Finally on April 11th it arrived. On the same day I received at trace e-mail from USPS stating it was not shipped until April 9. To top it off the unit was defective. I sent several e-mails with no responce. After I posted a bad review on line, only then did I hear from them. They accused me of being intolerant of their religon, because it was passover and they were closed and said they would not allow me to return it unless I retracted my review. I am angry and insulted they would bring religon into this.It has been the worse on line shopping experience I have ever encountered. Aliph was much more pleasant and has agreed to replace my headset. I would encourage others not to shop butmobile.com if they want a pleasant shopping experience "

"We purchased a LG Shine. Had problems with it working with our network. The return process was an utter nightmare. They were non-responsive at first, then finally sent an email stating that they had been trying to get in touch with me which was not true. After a while they just quit answering the phone (only a recorder came on). I left msg. after msg. Threatened to hire a lawyer and the guy said "a lawyer isn't going to do anything." I contacted my credit card company finally. Then......we just got a check in the mail for the amount minus 20% restocking fee! What I don't get is HOW are they going to restock it if it is damaged? Yeah, they said it was damaged. That thing was polished before putting it in the box FREE of damage. I told them UPS will come to investigate the box (which they will). I had 500.00 ins. on the phone. Then, after leaving this msg. they finally send the check. So I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from them EVER!"

"I placed an order from Butmobile.com last week. I paid $49.55 for Next Day shipping on an item that was listed as In Stock. My credit card was charged the day the order was placed, the item has apparently still not been shipped, and I haven't heard anything from the company since the initial order confirmation. They have ignored my repeated attempts to contact them for days.

I recommend that you do NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

UPDATE: After nearly a week of trying to get any information out of Butmobile, my order is now listed as "Cancelled". Still have not received any responses to my emails, and now it's too late to get the item I needed in time from anywhere else. Butmobile lies about the items that they have in stock and ignores all communications.

"Excellent service, very good prices. I looked for my phone for a long time and found them to be very competitive. Be very careful of who you order from. Some e-stores that have crazy low prices are just scams for your money or info(these site have no review history. I only ordered from them after I checked their (good) reviews. Phone was brand new, and delivered in a timely manner. I normally don't write reviews, but this store deserves it and I want to help people avoid illegitimate store(often selling high end/price items that haven't even been released). Also, if you see prices $200 lower than everyone else its probably a scam. Give Butmobile a look, they have competitive prices and good service."

The site gives exact technical information so that customers are able to pick and chose which mobile is right for them (many different brands).
