I can guarantee in the first instance, no one will EVER ANSWER the phone, and you will NEVER receive a response. In the second, you might get a response in a month. In trying to return an item, the only way I've had success getting responses was through the BBB; and when Buxnie finally replied, they made me out to be the bad guy, like I was hurting the small business man. Correction Buxnie, the reason why your business is floundering is due to the fact that you have horrible customer service. Buyer Beware, If you have any issues after the order, you're on your own! After my order was placed, the comforter was sewn then drop-shipped from the manufacturer in Canada. Shipping was less than a week and Buxnie kept me updated with tracking information.
