"So I ordered a full tuxedo Jacket,slacks,shirt,vest,suspenders. 11 days ago!
First I get an email saying the suspenders were not in stock so I needed to choose a different color.
Not a big deal right? Wrong! Just keep reading.
So I receive a little box in the mail with the Tux accessories but the jacket and slacks were missing so I tried tracking them on Buy4LessTux website and the site said order complete no tracking info. This had me confused seeing how the most important items haven't arrived yet.
So I sent an email to Amanda explaining the issue I was having and requested the tracking number for the Tux jacket and slacks. Amanda was who emailed me about the suspenders inventory issue earlier.
After waiting a week and never receiving an email response from Amanda I called their customer service number and luckily enough Amanda answered the phone.
Amanda apologized for the delay in responding to my email and after babbling about how it was her co-workers fault she never email me back we were able to focus on why I don't have a Tux yet.
She said the Tux I ordered is out of stock and that I should choose a different style lapel.
So I went to the Buy4LessTux website seeing how they had a few different Peak lapel tuxedos on their site and she wasn't suggesting any tuxedos in the style I ordered.
I asked about another one I really liked and Amanda said that the second Tux was also out of stock.
Due to their limited inventory I ended up choosing the standard notch lapel Tux but due to their lack of inventory management Amanda said she would have to call the vendor and see if it was available. Amanda said she would call me back first thing in the morning tomorrow and let me know.
After waiting till the afternoon for a response I decided I should call back in to their customer service number.
Guess who I spoke with? Amanda answered the phone and then placed me on hold so that she could finally call the vendor and ask if the Tux was in stock.
Tux is in stock! I was so happy at this point. It was all behind me, I thought. LoL
So Amanda says the Tux is in stock and she will refund the money for the original Tux and ALL I HAD TO DO WAS GO BACK ONLINE AND START THE PROCESS OVER AGAIN! LoL
So I tell her that they already have my $900 and asked can't you just ship me the replacement Tux and end all of this?
She says no, and follows with a list of excuses why she can and I will have to go back to their website to place any orders.
I'm done! I ask her to email me a return shipping label so I can just return the items I did receive.
She again says no but now offers to process my order over the phone for the replacement Tux vs making me go back to her website.
I again just ask for a return shipping label and she said she can't email me a shipping label but will send me an RMA number that I can write in the box. She said they don't reimburse for return shipping and continued to babble about how it's their vendors fault the Buy4LessTux website inventory is off and not their companys
So in the very end it ended up costing me 3 weeks and $15 in shipping to try doing business with Amanda who I'm guessing is a one woman show in her living room over there.
Just go to Men's wearhouse and save yourself alot of trouble. You'll probably even get a free suit there always giving suits away with a purchase. "
