First cover lasted almost a year before disintegrating and leaked as well. Replacement lasted 6months before it disintegrated. It's clear to me that it doesn't hold up to the UV rays as advertised since the problem begins after being exposed to the sun. No problems in fall or winter. The company is obviously aware of the problem, but chooses to stand behind excuses and "policiy".
I'm on my third cover. I asked if they could send a replacement. Sent photos and reminded that it is the same exact problem. Was told the cover must be returned for inpection before replacement. So with no cover in the middle of summer heat which is why I ourchased the cover. Horrible customer service. Asked to speak to a Manager half a dozen times, NO response or follow up."
"I purchased a premium auto cover for my 2012 Audi from this company. The first cover did not fit; the second cover disintegrated in less than a year; the third cover did not fit, once again. The company now refuses to respond to my request for a full refund."
"I wish I had researched for un-biased real customer reviews from their company before buying a car cover from them. On their website there are currently 73 "reviews" for the cover like I bought and all are quite positive! How often does that happen with any product? I tried to submit my review to them on two occasions as a real customer and both times they have decided not to post my review. So here's the deal....I bought one of their premium 3L covers in Nov of 2012. It was way too large for my car and supposedly was a custom fit cover. Not hardly as I eventually had to wrap the car from end to end with 550 cord to keep the bulky cover from lifting up and blowing off completely. The main problem though is that about 6 months later, the cover started to disintegrate literally. By March of 2013, it was beginning to split at seams on the top where the sun hits it. About two months later, the cover had multiple rips in it and if you tried to lift up any part of the top part of the cover, it would just crumble away in your hands. This car has not endured extreme weather at all despite being outside. We had a very mild winter and it sits right next to my 68 Mustang which is covered with a 5 year old cover that cost 1/3 as much as this one. I paid premium price for this cover and usually you get what you pay for but not with this company. This company censures the reviews on it's website to make people think their products are something they are not-durable! Even on this site, I see reviews that they have "planted" for the same reason. Notice all the 5-star glowing reviews around the same day...Nov 3rd? That's a tell-tale sign. Also, if you notice, those 5-star reviews are vague and non-specific, clearly planted to offset real reviews such as mine. This is a pathetic company that took my money for a crap product they sent me. As a Sgt Major of a 4000 man army combat brigade I have obligation to always be on the lookout for unscrupulous merchants preying on young GI's. I will certainly be sending out in mass to all within my brigade to avoid this company. Instead, look for companies that aren't afraid of negative reviews because they truly care about customer satisfaction and the quality of the product they are providing. From the mouth of a an old, crusty, seasoned Sgt major, avoid this company!"

Purchased my cover 06/06/12 and went to take it out of the box for the first time this past weekend 09/28/12 as I am storing my Porsche and discovered that they sent the wrong cover. Cover was not even close.
Spoke to the company and was told Iam out of luck even though they sent the wrong product!!!! Will never buy another producr from Buy Auto Covers. Com again"
"Bought an auto cover. Product is not as advertized. Fit was good but leaked like a sieve. Returned the product per their guarentee but an "adjustment fee" of $22 was deducted from the credit - no explanation. Bought a competitor's cover for the same price (slightly less) and no problem."

"I placed an order for the 5 layer waterproof cover for my Mini Cooper S on April 16th 2012 with www.buyautocovers.ca., which I thought was a Canadian company. After order was placed I noticed the website indicated a possible 3 to 6 week delivery time plus I would have to pay any duties & taxes as it was being shipped to Canada from the U.S.A. I wrote the company and advised if the product was not delivered within one week then I would require a immediate refund. The company advised me of their policy for shipping to Canada and said in their e-mail, "please allow between 1 and 3 weeks to receive your order. I received the product 2 days later. Therefore I received the product ordered in under 5 days from placing the order. The cover does fit the Mini but it is not a custom fit. It fits very loosely. (Kind of like a little kid putting on his dad's sweatshirt. It does however have some form of elastic banding at the front and back which hold the cover snug to the car itself The covers material itself, appears to be a very durable quality. It's raining today and it appears that no water has penetrated through the cover.....Time will tell. Overall I would say the cover is worth the money even if it isn't a real custom fit."
"I ordered a car cover for my Nissan 350Z. The length was fine, but the width leaves a 7" exposure of the door panels. I'm unable to return the item as I needed to make a hole for the antenna to gauge it's true fit. I would have loved to leave feedback on the website, but there isn't a place to do so, which makes me suspicious of the customer feedback they have posted. They also have a restocking fee on returns. The cover will be temporary until I can buy a more custom fitted one. "
