I ordered the packaging kit which arrived in 2 days. Yet, the package they send to you takes its time getting back to them.

Then you'll have to wait another day for them to use a magnifying glass to find any scratch or smudge so they can knock down your buyback by 40% on something no consumer cares about.
Payment is slow. Paypal has an API which they should have used to automate this (I've built several integrations with PayPal) but for whatever reason it seems like it's a manual process because you won't be paid if they're out of the office.
Overall BuyBackTronics takes three times as long as anyone else I've used and by the time they con you out of the value of your item they basically pay you half as much and will take their time doing it.
