"Sold 5 sealed brand new AT&T locked phones (as specified on the offer I submitted). Shipped phones in, phones were "inspected" and offer "Approved" and I was paid... about three weeks later BuyBackTronics submits a claim to paypal wanting a refund because the "items were not as described". Mind you this is three weeks AFTER they received the phones, inspected them and approved the offer for payment. They claimed this was because they were "flagged as warranty fraud". This was a complete lie. They were trying to unlock them for free, but the devices were not eligible for unlock directly through AT&T as I purchased them through them at a discount. The items were sold EXACTLY as I stated in the offer that they approved as "locked AT&T devices". In fact, they would have been worth MORE if they were unlocked, so basically they are trying to cheat their customers. Ended up returning the devices to me, of coarse they were no longer sealed when I received them a month and a half later, so they were worth less money. I ended up selling them with www.itsworthmore.com and low and behold, no "warranty fraud". Should have just used them in the first place! Save yourself some time and money and stick with the bigger HONEST companies like itsworthmore or gazelle!"
