"Slick Deals offered a coupon for BuyBeauty, a free Lancome Lip Palette on April 12, 2007. I placed an order that day for a lipstick and 3 eyeshadow combinations. I opted for the cheapest shipping, it said 10-14 days, USPS.
On the 23rd I called their Customer Service number and was informed that it was being shipped that day. She said she didn't have any tracking information to give me at that time.
Today is April 30th. I still have NOT received my order. I have emailed them today to ask them to cancel the order.
I see ads for BuyBeauty on this site all the time, I cannot believe what a terrible company they have turned out to be!
All I ordered were 3 eye shadows and a lipstick, I am glad I decided not to order more from them, I highly recommend avoiding any deals they offer!! "
