"So far I've placed two separate orders with BuyExtras.com. The first order went very smoothly. Despite ordering products in which the descriptions claimed to allow up to five extra days for preparation (custom-length cables), my order shipped almost immediately. They were nicely packaged. I had to place another order because I forgot a few items the first time around, but five days after I placed the order, the status of the order still said "preparing order." I e-mailed them, and they said they'd ship it that day. In any case, I'd probably order from them again, since they have good prices and decent shipping options. Hopefully I wouldn't encounter a similar delay again."

"Buyextras is one of those companies that fills a niche. Their inventory is limited, but the prices are excellent. In my case I needed a 6 foot firewire cable. Rather than spend $40 for a Belkin cable at CompUSA, I bought a generic cable from Buyextras for $3.95 + $3.50 shipping via USPS mail. I ordered the cable on the 5th, and it was in my mailbox on the 9th. Shipping included a delivery tracking number. The cable works perfectly.
Granted, I only got a $7.45 cable, but based on my experience I would recommend Buyextras to anyone who wants to save some money on cables and similar computer accessories."
