Joe Kee spent a lot of effort contacting Destinator's company in order to guide me with installing the software on my new 400 MHz Dell Axim 5 handheld computer. Destinator had not yet developed an upgrade to coordinate their installation process with the New Windows Pocket PC 2003 operating system. He persisted until he found the solution, called me and spent over an hour making sure I got my system up and running. I also purchased the Multi-function Charger Mount Kit Option. I highly recomend this item which enables you to hear the GPS commands above your car sound system. The accuracy of the software and GPS never cease to amaze me. When it tells you "turn left" your car is at the intersection where you must turn left. I was very pleased with the product while in use during my vacation journey."

"Buy GPS Now has a bias customer review policy. I recent wrote a review for ONC6, but it was disapproved by the Buy GPS Now Sales Team. I assume that this was because I was not 100% happy with the software. In short, I did not think that it lived up to all of the hype. Anyway after emailing them, I learned that they routinely disapprove reviews that they do not like. As a result, a number of reviews do no make their website. I was unable to find the policy on the site. This is disconcerting. I’ve been a Buy GPS Now supporter for years.
