"This has got to be the worst company on the internet - I would rate them 0 if possible. Purchased item PAID EXTRA for expedited shipping - it said 1-3 days.
First thing they did was charge my card - then I hear nothing from them. They do not respond to the many emails I sent. They have no phone number for contact.

"They advertised a scale as made in usa but when it came, it said made in China on the box. I told them that I wanted to return but they ignored my pleas to get free return shipping and refund of shipping to me. So therefore, I am opening a chargeback until they comply."
"I bought (2) Big Steel Keg Diffusers from them. Price was good and got them within several days. Only problem, the picture of item show a quick grip handle. No where in decription did it say it was optional. Tried to contact customer service. There is no phone number. Emailed them and they said they would respond. Has been 2 days and no reply. Called Big Steel keg direct. They are shipping me the handles at no charge even though I offered to pay for them. Now that's customer service. BuyHardwareSupplies.com could learn a lesson from them. I purchased 2 quart spray bottles of grout sealer from this web site. When the shipment arrived the shipment contained only 1 quart bottle. The only way to communicate with anyone is via email. No phone numbers to use. I emailed them and it took 2 days to get back to me. They told me that UPS reports the box weighed enough for 2 quart bottles and they would not honor my claim. Each bottle cost 30.00.
I had to go out and buy another bottle to complete the sealing job.
This web site sucks and they could rip you off too.
Update 5/5/2011- Someone by the name of Elizabeth at the web site did contact me via email at one time and indicated a refund would be coming my way for the missing bottle. That was it. Never heard again from her and now I am out the money.

"I guess these people think that their low prices make up for lack of customer service response. I see I am not the only one with that problem. They shorted me one case of furnace filters (while charging me the full amount of course). It's been two days, and still no response. No matter how good the service is for some, when they provide NO contact info except by e-mail, they are telling their customers, "Don't bother us. We're too busy making money hand over fist." I'll give them another day before I file a charge-back with the credit card company. Maybe that will wake them up."

Beware that there is NO phone number on their web page to contact them, and NO tracking number provided on your receipt. You have to e-mail them for any questions or concerns, and wait for 3 days for a response. If I didn't follow-up on my order, I would still be waiting for it. Supposedly, the warehouse misplaced and failed to send my order. I was promised a credit for their late shipping (forgetting my order) and never got it.
