"It is a pain to deal with this company. I saw that their prices were cheaper than the contact lens supplier that I usually use. I prepaid for a 1 year supply of biofinity contacts, two boxes per eye. First off, my order was mailed it to the wrong address so the postal service returned it "undeliverable as addressed". It wasn't until I called that I found out that the package was returned. A rep told me that they would immediately re-mail the order to the correct address. Two days later, I received six packets of contacts (not the biofinity brand I ordered)in a zip lock bag. Moreover they were all for my right eye. Remember, my order was for 4 boxes of biofinity contacts. These were two packets of a brand that I had never heard about. I was then told that these were trials. I was to wear them until they received the returned package and then they would re-ship the order. Only one thing, all the contacts were for one eye. Are you kidding? They were going to mail me another set of trials for the other eye which I would receive in a few days, while still waiting on my original order. None of this was explained to me before-hand. Fed up with the hassle, I asked for a refund. But I was told that they will not issue a refund until the postal service returns the original package. So I am basically stuck in limbo. That is what I get for trying to be cheap. My advise is to buy from a reputable company. This company should not be in business. There are tons of bad reviews from people who have had similar issues. "Good prices, awful service. They have to do through all the steps to get prescriptions verified, but if something goes wrong, they don't necessary notify you. I talked back and forth via email and phone just to end up canceling my order after waiting 2 weeks. Customer service blamed me for their mistake and the order taking so long. Don't waste your time."

"I sent an e-mail order to BuyMoreContacts. One box of 1.5- and a box of 1.75-. When they called my optomitrist, they tried to tell her the prescription I called in was +, to which she swears she replied, "No, that's not right. It's a negative." Well, they shipped the positive! I checked the box for the numbers before we opened them but they were not marked either + or - on the box. When my daughter put them in, she knew immedicately they were wrong, I checked the slip, and, yes, they sent the +. When I called, they refused to help in any way because the boxes had been opened. Yes, the price was good, but I paid $91 for contacts their phone rep told me to throw away! Be very, very careful if you decide to order from this company!"

"BuyMoreContacts found on web search, cheapest price, easy ordering, and coupons on web too. They posted an honest price, not like their dishonest competitors, who tack on processing fees. The dishonest ones trick you by tacking on processing fees in final steps of order, after they gather your info. Kudos to BuyMoreContacts for advertising honestly. Beware of webeyecare, 11% hidden fee, or opticontacts, 6.5% fee, they violate advertising rules and regs in the US Fed Commercial Code."
"very clever company accepts payment without knowing customers order,when you chose your adress you actually can chose the country you want to be shipped to, but then if you chose another country other then U.S. , you have to chose a US state anyway, if you don´t, they accept the payment without recording the order, you send messages to customer service without answer, and after speaking to an online agent and explain the problem, you feel like the problem is solved, but after 4 days of speaking, the order still does not exist.. they claim you order in one day, and you receive the next.. lol lol lol.. this is definitly the worst online sales service in the history for me, thanks to paypal, i can open a claim to get my money back dispute open, let´s wait"
