"I have been waiting for 4 months since a successful MasterCard transaction for US$ 744.55. I received many excuses.
They claim that my order will not pass fraud detection, they have no record of my cash, and that they can no longer ship outside the USA - this seems to be a policy specific to me as it is not reflected on their web site.

They have since promised to reverse my credit card transaction, 3 weeks after payment was made - They seem to have a probem with counting and lying - it is now past 4 months.

Their previous excuse is that they have tried to return the money several times and that it was now out of their hands and blamed their merchant services.

I have had no response from their merchant services.

Their current excuse is back to denying receipt of payment - after already alledegedly attempting to return my money several times.

Nice products and good pricing, but this must be a scam. So far it has cost US$ 744.55, and four months of sheer frustration.

When I asked if they knew where else I could find stereoscopic 3D equipment, they had the cheek to respond that they would ship if I sent a money order. Do I feel lucky - double or quits?

"Merchandise didn't ship. Vendor did not answer repeated email inquiries. On January 3, 2005, I got an email response from the owner, but only that he existed, no news about my order yet.

Today (Februrary 21, 2005) I managed to get customer support on AIM. I explained the problem again and they seemed helpful. I'm more confident this will be resolved. I'll update this when I hear back.

To recap, I placed my order on November 15, 2004. After a couple of weeks, I tried to contact them via the response form on the site and unsuccessfully by phone.

I finally got through on the toll-free line in December and was told that all orders made using PayPal were considered fraudulent. They take the money and ship no product. Ever. They took more than $300 from me and had no intention of shipping anything until I called them.

During our phone call I was informed of many disturbing and downright insane things. Because I hadn't called them inside 30 days (the period to question a PayPal payment), they had been even more sure that I was ripping them off. This is not only fantastically counterintuitive, it's a presumption of guilt. I was also told that now they would resolve the problem and contact me via email. Didn't get a response.

That's what I was told then. I've had it clarified now (from the AIM session) that PayPal should be OK, but they've had problems with people scamming them (mostly from international addresses). My order seems to have fallen through the cracks somehow.

Since then, they have stopped using the toll-free line, but have a regular number you can call. It's not displayed as prominently on the pages, but it's not hard to find."
