"Placed order 10/24/2020 for three small nylon custom covers. re'd no shipment info so inquired. Rec'd email saying it would ship within four days (at end of week).

No change to shipment status as of the following monday, so called. Can only reach a recorded answering machine. Left two voice inquiries as to shipment status. Re'cd no reply. However, they charged my credit card the same day they took my order!!! This is a violation of FTC rules

After researching their complaints on line, I realized I had made a big mistake dealing with them as my case is not unusual. I cancelled the order. Notified my credit card company and they reversed charges and will pursue it with BuyPCSupplies.

These people are either a fraud, or so inept that they do not deserve anyone's business. "

"I placed an order 8 days ago and received and order confirmation. After not receiving any type of tracking number via the initial email things seem a bit odd. I go on their website and guess what, my order has been cancelled. No reason listed, no email letting me know, no nothing. I call their customer service and get a recording saying that all their reps are busy so leave a message and we'll call back. This is obviously a bogus website so I'm very happy I wasn't scammed by them. Good riddance and kiss my a$$!"

"I own three custom covers from buypcsupplies.com. One that I purchased several years ago and two more recently. All three are for large printers and were made with black nylon. I'm very happy with the quality and the durability of the cover for the price paid."

"The one product I ordered was disappointing -- a vinyl dust cover made to size. The material is much thinner than any of my other vinyl equipment covers. It arrived very wrinkled from shipping, like a wadded up piece of paper, and has not flattened any since. Accordingly it does not look like the normal cover pictured on the website.

Thought I'd save my wife the trouble of making one, but she'd rather make one than have to look at this one."
