"After several emails with BuyPrinters.com, we accepted their price to purchase 13 printers & some parts. BuyPrinters.com sent a P.O. and had a Freight company pick them up and shipped them to Florida. It took a few weeks (Someone got sick with Covid) but we got paid and our transaction is over. They purchased 13 printers from us and fulfilled their agreement.

"Ordered part for printer. Paid extra for second day shipping. Never received a tracking number. Called at 8am to find out a tracking number. They could not find it. They do not have a refund policy. Called back later in the day ... they verbally gave me the tracking number and it did not ship the day they said it did. BuyPrinters.com charged me for UPS blue shipping but sent it ground. Can't get a refund. I would recommend staying away from this company. They said they had the part in stock, but they did not. They had to order from a third party. I am now out $38.00 for shipping and have a very upset customer and no part. I can't even get a refund. If you do not need a specific delivery date, like poor customer service and and unreliable vendor BuyPrinters.com is the company for you. Stay away. "
"They are not a reliable vendor, period. We were looking for some printers for a legacy USAF system and they not only provided a written quote but processed the order. They let the USAF pay for these much needed items and then sent an e-mail stating they were no longer available. The time to acknowledge that is at the beginning of the process, not at the end. HIGHLY recommend you find another supplier."
"The printer did not ship for a week. I wish I had known that little tidbit. The Read Me First stated the knob and ribbon were under the front access cover. The knob was there but, no ribbon. The unit arrived more than three weeks after I placed the order. Tough to run a business on that sort of time frame. I'd have to think twice before recommending this website or buying another printer."

"The printer we received had problems and we had to return it for warranty. It took multiple emails before they'd approve the return and issue an RMA. The next printer we received had problems, I immediately contacted them, I called for customer service (what a joke that was) a few different times and I sent emails. Basically they did not care that we were having problems with the printer and they would not issue an RMA (half the time it took multiple emails before they'd even respond). Now we're stuck with a crappy printer that doesn't work correctly and we'll have to get another somewhere else! I would NEVER EVER buy from buyprinters.com again!!!!!!!! Buyer beware!!!"
