"Bought some time in the store. All was well. But there came a tablet with a black spot on the screen and broken pixel. I took it in for repair. I was told that the repair will cost 40 USD. So as not to send back and not waste time. I asked the shop compensation for failure. But they began to offer me coupons 5usd. But this is in fact very small. I spend my money on repairs because they do not even test your tablet before sending.
It is a pity that they do not recognize their mistakes. I wrote a long time customer support. But has not received so far compensated."
"Purchased a tablet Pipo M1 on 19.11.2012. It came in Bulgaria on 15.12.2012. Everything with the good was OK. Very well packed. The information in the tracking site was missing until the tablet came to Bulgaria - but i think this is a problem of shipping company not buysky.com. Wrote few times to buysku support that there wasn't tracking information and their replies always were that the tablet is sent and is on it's way - obviuosly they were right :-)
Meanwhile the tablet is OK - cover my expectations of what i already read for it.
